Cost vs. Value Example Reports
If you're shopping by price I am not the cheapest inspector but I do provide the best value. I recently had a unique opportunity to perform an inspection on an older home (my specialty), that had been inspected the day before by a low cost inspection company. This report was provided to me for comparison (name and address removed for privacy). Please review and compare. The differences are rather significant (look at roof and foundation) and demonstrate that you do “get what you pay for”. When making such a significant investment with a home do you really want to go with the low bidder?
